Orders and support

Made to Love uses order details to fulfil purchases and answer support requests. Checkout, payments and file delivery are provided by Payhip and its payment providers. Their notices apply when you visit checkout. We do not automatically subscribe buyers to marketing emails.

Contact support@madeto.love about your information, access, correction or deletion. Do not send payment-card details. Records needed for accounting or resolving disputes may need to be retained.

Optional analytics

When enabled and accepted by you, Google Analytics measures visits, pages viewed, sample downloads and checkout starts. We do not send names, email addresses, search text or order details in those website events. Google receives technical information such as device and browser information when its service loads.

Analytics does not load before you accept. Rejecting it does not affect browsing or buying. Use Cookie settings to change your choice. We remember the choice on this device for up to six months. Accepting analytics permits Google’s _ga cookies, configured for up to six months. Advertising personalisation and Google signals are off.

Microsoft Clarity helps us understand clicks, scrolling and page use through heatmaps and session recordings after you accept analytics. Page text is masked. Clarity is limited to bookshop browsing pages and is not installed on Payhip checkout or download pages. It may use _clck and _clsk cookies. Microsoft processes usage and device data as described in Microsoft’s privacy statement.

Hosting and checkout may use necessary security or session storage. Payhip manages consent on its own pages. Learn more in Google’s privacy notice and Payhip’s privacy notice.
